About Grevengoed Law PLLC
Tyler Grevengoed is a practical, direct, and strategic attorney who builds strong relationships with his clients through open communication, thoughtful guidance, and a commitment to personalized service. He works closely with families, small business owners, and property management companies to help them fully understand their legal options and make informed decisions that align with their goals.
Tyler brings an extensive background as a trial attorney to his private practice. He served for many years as an Assistant County Attorney in Sioux County, Iowa, where he gained invaluable courtroom experience trying both bench and jury trials. In that role, he also handled criminal prosecutions, represented the State of Iowa in mental health and substance abuse committal proceedings, advised county officials on employment and real estate matters, drafted local ordinances, and served on the county employee board.
Since moving into private practice, Tyler has applied his broad legal knowledge to serve clients in both small and large firm settings, as well as through his own law office. He focuses on delivering efficient, straightforward legal solutions across a range of practice areas, including:

He is admitted to practice law in both Iowa and Nebraska and is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the Fourth Judicial District Bar Association in Southwest Iowa. He serves his greater Omaha and Council Bluffs clients at his centrally located and convenient office.
Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Dakota, where he majored in Political Science and History, with a minor in Criminal Justice.
In addition to his legal work, Tyler is actively engaged in his community. He serves on the Boystown Booster Board, participates in Center Sphere, and is an involved member of his church.
